In celebrating 50 years of Hip Hop Rhyme Fest has announced the official line-up for 2023. “The Best Underground Hip Hop Festival” in the country is going down in Adelanto, CA on Saturday, April 15th with a mind blowing line-up for underground hip hop heads.
